Subscription Terms

1. Latey Premium

Latey is offered through an automatically renewing Apple App Store subscription. An active Latey Premium entitlement unlocks the working product, including schedules, alarms, app shielding, live activities and departure features. A locked preview may remain visible without an entitlement. Emergency release of an active shield is never paywalled.

2. Plans

The planned subscription products are:

• Annual: target price €34.99 per year, with an eligible 7-day introductory trial.
• Monthly: target price €9.99 per month, with no free trial.

These euro amounts are reference prices only. Apple sets and displays the actual localized price and applicable taxes for your storefront. The offer on Apple's purchase confirmation screen controls.

3. Trial eligibility

The 7-day trial applies only to the annual plan and only when Apple confirms that the Apple Account is eligible for the introductory offer. Eligibility commonly depends on prior use of an introductory offer within the subscription group. Latey hides trial language when Apple reports that an account is ineligible.

4. Payment and automatic renewal

Payment is charged to the Apple Account used to confirm the purchase. A trial automatically converts to the annual paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple charges renewal according to the terms displayed by the App Store.

5. Billing Grace Period

Billing Grace Period is enabled. If an automatic renewal fails and Apple places the subscription in a grace period, Premium access may temporarily continue while Apple attempts to recover payment. Apple controls eligibility, duration, billing-retry timing and the final subscription status. If payment is not recovered, Premium access ends when Apple reports that the entitlement is no longer active.

6. Cancellation

You can manage or cancel Latey Premium in iOS Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid or trial period unless Apple states otherwise. Deleting Latey does not cancel the subscription. After cancellation, Premium normally remains available until the entitlement expires.

7. What happens when access ends

When an entitlement expires, Latey stops Premium alarms, notifications and app shields and returns to a locked state. Local preferences, calendar permission, sleep heatmap and selected-app tokens remain on the device so they can be restored if Premium is reactivated. Uninstalling Latey removes local data, subject to Apple-controlled device backups.

8. Restore purchases

Use Restore Purchases in Latey to recover an active entitlement associated with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Family Sharing is not enabled. If restoration fails, confirm that the correct Apple Account is being used and contact support.

9. Refunds

Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests. PCTR cannot directly reverse an App Store charge. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem service or Apple Support. Any statutory refund or consumer right available under applicable law remains unaffected.

10. Price or plan changes

Plans, features and prices may change. Apple will provide notice or request consent where required by its policies or applicable law. A change does not affect a period already paid for unless the law or Apple's terms provide otherwise. Promotional, offer-code and win-back offers are not currently part of the standard plans but may be introduced later with the applicable offer terms.

11. Availability

Subscription availability and offers can vary by country, storefront, Apple Account history, device and operating-system version. An internet connection and access to Apple services are required to purchase, validate or restore an entitlement.

12. Other terms

Use of Latey Premium is also subject to the Latey Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and applicable Apple Media Services terms. If these Subscription Terms conflict with information Apple displays during purchase concerning price, duration, eligibility or renewal, Apple's purchase screen controls for that transaction.
